At Paliméa Philippines, each journal is handcrafted with care and made to order using high-quality materials. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been crafted.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at palimeaphilippines@gmail.com with:

If the damage is verified to be our responsibility, we will work with you to either replace the item or issue store credit, at our discretion.
3. Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted couriers, shipping times may vary. Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
